Terms of Use for FoodVlog

Welcome to FoodVlog. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FoodVlog mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using FoodVlog, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About FoodVlog

FoodVlog is an application designed to help users create and enhance food-related video content using creative tools, including optional artificial intelligence (AI)-powered features.

FoodVlog may include AI-powered features that assist with creating, editing, or enhancing content.

You understand and agree that AI-generated results may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use or sharing. FoodVlog does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, originality, or ownership rights of AI-generated content.

You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others. You should not rely solely on AI-generated results for important decisions.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos, videos, and other content you create or upload using FoodVlog. By using the App, you grant FoodVlog permission to process your content only as necessary to provide app features, including AI-powered functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you use.

You agree not to upload or create content that violates intellectual property rights, contains unlawful material, or harms or infringes upon the privacy or rights of others.

5. Premium Features and Subscriptions

FoodVlog offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription details, including pricing, duration, and available features, will be displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. FoodVlog does not collect or store your payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. App Store Terms

FoodVlog is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of FoodVlog is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for FoodVlog.

7. Intellectual Property

FoodVlog, including its branding, design, features, and software, is owned by FoodVlog unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the App without permission.

8. Disclaimer

FoodVlog is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, AI features will always produce accurate results, or the App will be free from errors or interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodVlog is not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues resulting from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of FoodVlog after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
